Iowa-Israel Education Partnership
Feb. 21st, 2005 08:24 amThe Iowa and Israel: Partners in Excellence (Iowa Excellence) program, a partnership created in 2003 by the Connie Belin and Jacqueline N. Blank International Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development, has received $145,000 in federal funding.

The Iowa Excellence program is an enrichment program in mathematics and science for middle schools students that has been implemented in five rural districts in Iowa with the primary goal of engaging students in challenging curriculum so that their interest is sustained through high school, where they will be able to take advanced placement classes.
